I created a bit of chocolate love for Valentine’s Day tomorrow. So treat your love bomb with these cherry bombs!
- 1 cup cherries, pips removed
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup hazelnut meal
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 4 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 40g cacao butter
- 20g cacao powder
- 1.5 tbsp agave
Place all filling ingredients in a food processor and process until all combined.
Roll the mix into small bite sized balls with your hands.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
To melt the cacao butter, place the cacao butter in a bowl and place that bowl over another bowl of boiling water.
Once melted stir in the agave and once combined stir in the cacao powder.
Once the filling is set dip them in the chocolate, one by one and place them back in the fridge to set for 1 hour.
