Chia Seed Pudding

This was afternoon tea today. How good is chia seed pudding!? It’s super easy to make, super delicious and packed full of hormone goodness - protein and good fats.

Chia seeds are a great plant source of omega-3 fats which are essential for healthy hormones and reducing inflammation which if you're suffering from ovulation pain, period pain, endometriosis or infertility then reducing inflammation is a must!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sheep’s yoghurt (or a natural yoghurt)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp rice malt syrup

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, you may have to give it a good stir to mix the yoghurt in. Place in the fridge overnight and by the morning the chia seeds will have swelled and are ready to eat.

Serve as is, mix in some fresh fruit or try the raspberry topping below.

Raspberry topping

  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 3 tbsp goats yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup

Blend all ingredients together.

Enjoy! x
