Simple, delicious & full of love!
That is my food philosophy. Growing up on a farm in the Wheatbelt of Western Australia, I learnt to cook from a young age by my mum and grandma. Our food was always made from scratch using meats, milk, fruits and vegetables we had grown ourselves.
Mum was always creating delicious meals for us 'tweaking' recipes to suit the ingredients she had in the pantry. As my nutrition knowledge grew I was constantly looking for healthier recipes and I found myself 'tweaking' recipes to make them healthier. I find cooking relaxing and you can find me most days in my kitchen 'tweaking' and creating new recipes (some successful and some not so!). As a lover of a home cooked meal, I share with you, breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes as well as snacks, healthy sweet treats and other yummies. All these recipes are gluten free, simple, delicious and packed full of nutrition.
